Our approach
Rights-based. Survivor-centred.
Programming is grounded in the rights of women and girls, not in charity. Participants are recognised as rights-holders and decision-makers, and services are designed around their choices, consent and safety.
Where protection concerns arise, the cooperative follows survivor-centred principles: confidentiality, non-discrimination, safety, and referral to qualified services rather than public disclosure.
Kiletat does not publish identifying details, images or case narratives of individual survivors, and does not use personal stories for fundraising purposes.
