Complaints are logged, acknowledged and reviewed by a person not directly involved in the matter, and a documented response is provided.

Complaints concerning safeguarding are handled under the safeguarding procedure and treated as confidential.

Personal data is processed in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, and with GDPR principles where partners or subscribers are based in the European Union.

We apply data minimisation, purpose limitation, retention limits and access controls, and we never publish member-level personal data on this website.
